Hello, My name is Paul Massey.

When I was seven years old my mother said to me “solid goes with solid, plaid goes with solid, but plaid never goes with plaid.”

I’ve been breaking the rules ever since.

At the age of thirteen, I bought my first GQ magazine and a new world opened up to me.

In high school I was voted “most likely to fall off my Polo horse and be eaten by a crocodile.“

At about the same time I realized that my access to “fashion” was limited by the amount of cash I had… Then I discovered vintage stores… that’s when I learned that personal style was not about “fashion” but about my own style, resources, and imagination. I was able to mix vintage and new, making my own unique form of style and personal expression.

Since then not much has really changed. I still find great design inspiration from vintage pieces. But I’ve also had the fortune of traveling the world trend shopping, looking for new and interesting ideas, colors, fabrics and silhouettes that can be translated into the next amazing collection appropriate for the brand I’m working on.

I live my life with an artist’s eye, always noticing and appreciating the beautiful and sometimes awkwardly beautiful things around me, these things feed my soul and give me the fuel to create.
